INTRODUCTION This approved one-day workshop introduces EFT and explains the theory in more detail. You will learn the "basic recipe", see demonstrations of the technique, and be given the opportunity to learn several ways to use it. We allow time for participants to tap on their own issues. The day will focus particularly on physical pains and discomforts, and specific memories that cause concern. We will also look at what to do when EFT doesn't work.
