WELCOME to the EFT training academy, an EFT centre of excellence.

EFTTA training courses are Gary Craig approved and conform to the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET) guidelines. EFTTA, is a division of the Psychotherapy & Hypnosis Training Academy (PHTA), established in 1987 to provide quality training in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and counselling.

Our trainer, Judy Byrne, is an EFT Master (one of the first in the UK) with many years of experience as an EFT practitioner and trainer. She also has a wealth of experience, training psychotherapist and hypnotherapist practitioners.

Judy is assisted and supported by Richard Mark, Director of PHTA and EFTTA. Richard is an Advanced Practitioner of EFT, a certified EFT Trainer and a highly experienced hypnotherapist and psychotherapist.

Why not come and experience comprehensive EFT training in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, in the delightful surroundings of Regent's College in Regent's Park, London? We offer training at Levels 1, 2 and 3, with ongoing support and supervision. We also offer specialist one and two day courses covering a wide range of topics, and corporate training packages.

PHTA has been at the forefront of EFT Training in the UK for a number of years, and it has become such a significant part of our training offer that we have decided to create a dedicated EFT division for this remarkable technique.

There is a growing interest around the world in Energy Psychology, with increasing numbers of practitioners from a wide variety of therapeutic disciplines adding these skills to their practices. People from a non-therapeutic background are discovering the benefits of EFT as a wonderful self help tool at Level 1, with many going on to Levels 2 and 3.
