Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT
is the powerful therapy you can use on yourself or to help others. Once learnt, it can help build confidence, better relationships, and can be used effectively with a wide range of emotional and physical problems.

At EFTTA we have a passion to spread the EFT word and the experience to offer training of the highest quality. In short - an EFT centre of excellence.

The EFTTA experience is a comprehensive EFT training in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We offer training at Levels 1, 2 and 3, with ongoing support, supervision and mentoring available. We also offer specialist one-day and two-day courses covering a wide range of topics. Training takes place in the delightful surroundings of Regent's College in Regent's Park, London.

EFTTA trainers Judy Byrne and Richard Mark are approved by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET) which is the lead body in energy therapy standards in the UK.

There is a growing interest around the world in Energy Psychology, with increasing numbers of practitioners including doctors, therapists, teachers and

healers, from a wide variety of therapeutic disciplines, adding these skills to their practices. At Level 1 EFT is a wonderful
tool for self-help, and for working with friends and family. It is also the starting point for those who wish to go on to become practitioners by completing the Level 2 training.

Judy and Richard have more than 30 years of therapy experience between them both as practitioners and trainers. Their expertise includes hypnotherapy, NLP, counselling and psychotherapy from different perspectives, EMDR and, of course, EFT.

Our principal trainer, Judy Byrne, is an EFT Master, one of the first in the UK and one of only 29 worldwide. She has many years of experience as an EFT practitioner and trainer and in training psychotherapy and hypnotherapy practitioners.

Richard Mark is Director of EFTTA and
our sister company the Psychotherapy and Hypnosis Training Academy (PHTA). Richard is an Advanced Practitioner of
EFT, an AAMET certified EFT Trainer
and a highly experienced hypnotherapist, counsellor and psychotherapist with experience in addictions and
mental health.
